Senior Customer Solution Expert (Sales Engineer) – USA

We are looking for top-notch customer facing solution expert. As a leading team member, you will have a major role in interacting with the customers in the US and assisting them to use our product in the best way that meets their needs. You will be responsible for pre-sale activities working head-to-head with the local sales team and also provide post sale support to our channel partners (system integrators and technology partners).

viisights’ headquarter and global operation team are located in Israel, and as such the role requires excellent communication skills and ability to perform independently with assistance from remote.

Note:

Position requires travel overseas, and sometime working in non-Israeli working hours.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for guiding and supporting our channel partners during their on-boarding process as well as for supporting them during their pre-sale, deployment and post-sale activities relating to our products targeted at end customers

Train the channel partner how to install, setup, use and demo various viisights products.

Understanding the end-customer’s environment and needs.

Create solution architecture ,statement of work and testing plans documents

Manage and support trials and proof-of concept with partner and customers.

Lead the technical discussions in front of the customers

Deploying, integrating, testing, training, and monitoring the product at the customer’s environment.

Customize and configure the product for customer’s need.

Assist the customer in using and monitoring the products within their environment.

Required Skills

At least 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Engineer\ Deployment Engineer or any other customer facing technical position-Must

Knowledge and experience in video analytics concepts and systems-Must

Experience in system and network troubleshooting-Must

Knowledge of Unix shells-Must

Experience of working with API & SDK-Must

Excellent technical communication skills – written and verbal-Must

Ability to perform independently with assistance from a remote site-Must

Ability and motivation to rapidly learn new technologies and tools-Must

Strong customer orientation-Must

Experience in working with channel partners-Must

Experience in working for an international startup vendor-Must

Knowledge of video technologies (protocols, formats, systems)-Must

Knowledge and experience in surveillance environment-Advantage

Knowledge of Cloud e.g. Amazon, Azure-Advantage

Knowledge of system monitoring tools and processes-Advantage

Hands-on experience in scripting, linux OS, troubleshooting, networks , etc-Advantage
