Director Of Global Marketing

As a director of marketing, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the company’s international and local marketing, strategies and plans, for attaining the company’s goals.

The role includes managing all marketing mix areas including market & competition analysis, product marketing, branding, pricing, channel marketing, and marketing communications.

You would be required to gain a deep understanding of the company’s target markets (video surveillance -> video analytics), the company’s differentiation, and its unique value proposition.

Among the above, you would be required to define, write and produce a variety of marketing collaterals as well as select and manage marketing agencies, when applicable. You will be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

Create annual and periodic marketing plans (strategies, tactics, budgets, etc.) for achieving business goals and marketing ROI.

Manage all external marketing communications across all channels (both digital (i.e., web-site, social networks, SEO) and physical (i.e., conferences, round tables).

Create and manage company’s marketing content & collaterals.

Work with local and international marketing agencies

Work closely with the sales product teams for designing and executing product & channel marketing activities.

Produce period marketing and campaign performance reports.

Represent the company in marketing promotional events.

Provide market and competitors intelligence.

Provide inputs and manage company’s pricing system.

Design, manage and monitor all marketing funnel activities.

Required Skills

This is hands-on role.

At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role

Managing marketing function in a technology start-up company.

Experience in new product introduction into international markets.

Experience in working with international channel partners.

Market knowledge in video surveillance or related industries – an advantage

Master's in marketing or an MBA with significant marketing content.

Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

A customer focused attitude.

Strong drive for results.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to analyze problems and provide applicable solutions.

A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English – must have, Spanish, French – advantage).

Ability to travel domestically and abroad when required.
